The President of the Association is invited to accept the office by the Committee and is proposed and accepted by a postal vote of the membership.

The affairs of the Association are managed by a Committee consisting of a Chairman and four members of the Association, two of whom shall be the Honorary Secretary/Treasurer and the Membership Secretary.
